Back to School

The school year was here before we knew it this year.  Summer vacation went by in a blur {more on that next time}

To get ready I made tons of frozen breakfasts {I refuse to have mornings go like they did last year...and Curtis leaves very early--6:40 a.m.}

Tuesday, the 20th {the day before school started} we spent at open houses for each school, with a little time to play on the playground.  Then finished it off with a trip to Sweet Frog Frozen Yogurt.

The kids had just a little bit of fun choosing toppings {there is yogurt under there} :)

Then it was off to school for the first day {August 21st}.  They all had a great day, came home happy & excited...even Curtis, who has gotten to the age where school is no longer fun.  He was dreading it a little bit, I think.
