Owen turns 6!

Owen celebrated his birthday on March 9, which he is still very excited about--He tells everyone he turned 6 '2 or 3 or whatever the right number of days' ago...and tells me that he can't believe his is a big boy now, but still my baby until the baby comes :) He's growing up fast...he is starting to read more, can tie his shoes & lost his first tooth.  He loves to pick out his own clothes for school-he loves to layer shirts (which sometimes isn't so great) :) He likes to dance & skip & run...he does the 'running man' instead of just plain old walking. He is a great kid, who is super funny & always makes me laugh.

We always open presents first thing in the morning...why wait? :)

He loved all his presents & declared each one "AWESOME!!"

We brought b-day treats to school...Brownies baked in cupcake liners..with sprinkles. The kids love them! & there's no messy frosting :)

For dinner we went to Red Robin...where Owen was more excited for the balloon and being sung to than his ice cream sundae (he only ate one bite & shared the rest with his family)

Then headed home for cake...Happy Birthday Owen!
