So, I taught a Christmas craft class last night for Relief Society and we frosted cookies with royal icing & "flooded" them. There were a lot left over so I let the kids have a try today. They loved it. I think they are so super cute and really easy to do.

Those really are some cute cookies. I have never used that kind of icing before, does it harden or does it just firm up a bit, but stay soft?
The frosting hardens up- like candy- it is great for when you have to bring cookies somewhere, you can stack them without making a mess :)
